Adrian Burrowes aka DJ ADB, has lived a lifetime of music, ever since he started DJing at parties amongst his peers from the age of twelve.
He officially started his radio career on Starpoint Radio in the autumn of 1987. After meeting with Carl Webster and Chris Philips (Jazz FM, Kiss FM and Choice FM), at the now no longer Kisses nightclub, he submitted the required “demo tape”.
This demo tape was to become his first show, as management was so impressed by it became the start to begin his first “Official” show later that Autumn. That became his radio station home holding down a regular Friday and Saturday night for three years.
He eventually left Starpoint to join the newly formed FAME FM from 1989 until 1991 for two years, then took a radio Hiatus from1991 until 2008.
During this Hiatus, he played at a number of London venues, including Crazy Larry’s in Chelsea (Chris Philips and Wilber Wilberforce), and the ION Bar (1999 to 2002) in Ladbroke Grove,
He also “played the ‘platters that matter’ at The Pub Continental Wandsworth Rd, as a resident dj playing the weekend slot alongside long time friend and godfather to his youngest daughter Chris Philips for two years.

It was then ADB encouraged Elijah to accept a regular Midnight to 2am from Gordon Mac on a permanent basis, which turned into 10pm until Midnight.
